Information you provide
When you create an account, BYNV processes your email address, encrypted authentication credentials, and any name you choose to provide. BYNV can store your Version Snapshot, Architect Assessment responses, scores, Blueprint data, Today’s Plan entries, goals, journal reflections, challenges, Architect Cycle reviews, membership status, community profile and activity, reports, and private Kai conversations.
How BYNV uses it
This information is used to authenticate you, preserve progress, calculate deterministic scores, generate your Blueprint, provide the member experience, enforce Community standards, synchronize paid entitlements, respond to requests, and deliver requested account communications. The public Version Snapshot initially remains in browser session storage and is uploaded only after you create or sign in.
Providers and security
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe processes membership payments when you choose a paid plan, and Resend delivers transactional email. Guided Kai does not send your questions or account context to a model provider. For owner-approved Live Kai Beta members, OpenAI processes the question and the permitted task-relevant context needed for a response. Passwords and complete payment-card details are not stored by the BYNV application. Member tables use row-level access controls; privileged server operations require protected server credentials.
Kai and private context
Kai can use the current page and permitted account context such as your scores, Blueprint priorities, Today’s Plan, goals, cycles and challenges. Journal entries are excluded from both Guided and Live modes. Kai conversations remain private to the member account. The operational ledger records mode, model, status, token usage, and an estimated cost when available; it does not duplicate prompt content for billing analytics. Assessment safeguards prevent Kai from recommending a response. If you copy a portable prompt into an external AI assistant, that service's privacy terms apply to what you choose to share.
Community privacy
Your scores, assessment answers, Blueprint, journals, goals and Kai conversations are never published to the Community automatically. You decide what to share in a post. Moderators can review reported Community content and access only the information required for moderation.
Your choices
You can sign out, manage billing through the secure customer portal when paid membership is active, and contact BYNV for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or consent-withdrawal requests. Account deletion self-service is not yet available.
